Only 5 minutes to the town of Guffey, this property has all the peaceful mountain getaway amenities you are seeking. Please note - there is not a quick access or nearby grocery store, ensure to pickup all of your essentials. Depending where you're traveling from, your best (and most affordable) bet for grocery will either be in Canyon City or Colorado Springs. The property is only 5 minutes from the town of Guffey, with access to a restaurant called Colorado Mountain Distillers, a bakery, and a new liquor store as well! Guest access Guests are allowed to access to the entire house and property. Please ensure you are staying within the property lines and not venturing onto neighbors properties. Note: the drive is narrow and steep. While the property is not available during winter months, ensure to anticipate any type of inclement weather, it can be unpredictable even during summer. The best vehicle to bring would be a AWD, 4WD or SUV No ATV's, shooting, or smoking of any kind on the property - thank you.
