Cozy, private studio with a deck, hot tub and covered garden lounge. This unique outdoor space is a work in progress but fully usable—perfect for relaxing, reading, yoga, Pilates, or enjoying a glass of wine while listening to the rain. It also provides sheltered access to the hot tub and covered bike storage for our cyclist friends. The studio is fully self-contained with a cool full kitchen and upgraded bathroom. Enjoy privacy, comfort, and a relaxing indoor-outdoor living experience. The space Although AirBnB refers to it as a loft, it's more of a studio apartment nestled in the back of my primary residence. It’s located on Ayer’s Cliff's main street, which can be busy during the day; however, you’re sheltered by my house from much of the street noise. Ayer's Cliff is the perfect Eastern Township location! It's right in the heart of everything, with small-town activities right on your doorstep. Less than 20 minutes to Magog, 20 minutes to Stanstead and visit the now-famous Haskel Library and Opera House, located directly on the Vermont border. Guest access It's completely independent of me, with its private entrance, indoor and outdoor space. It's in an incredible location, right in the heart of town and next to one of Quebec's oldest and most charming fairgrounds. The charming farmer's market is every Saturday, from mid-June to mid-October (Thanksgiving weekend). The suite is well hidden, with a gated entrance that leads to your private backyard, hot tub, porch and newly added garden lounge. Other things to note Come soak in the cozy, small-town Quebec atmosphere. As Matt Galloway put it: “As we drove through the snow-covered trees of Quebec’s Eastern Townships yesterday, just an hour and a half southeast of Montreal, it felt like living inside a Christmas card.
