The house has just been renovated with care and care, and has a garden for the exclusive use of our guests. We are 3.5 km from the sea and 500 metres from the Lido di Lavinio station, from which you can reach Rome in 50 minutes. A 12-minute drive away is the caves of Nero and the center of Anzio. The regional road 207 Nettunense is a few meters from our road. We are also 6 minutes from the Tor Caldara Regional Nature Reserve (we recommend checking opening hours). The space A quiet corner near the sea... with a detail to know: beyond the garden there is the railway from which the Roma-Nettuno regional train passes. The passes are infrequent (on average two per hour), short-lived (about 12 seconds) and there is a late night break, between 11 and 5:10 pm where no train passes. To improve comfort and allow you to close the windows if you wish, we also installed an air conditioner in the room and noise curtains. We also wanted to take this feature into account in the price. In fact, we want those who choose us to do it consciously, and feel welcomed with sincerity and transparency. Apart from that, the house is in a very quiet area without car traffic: usually the train is the only interruption to the quiet and singing of the birds. Despite the proximity to the station, we recommend having a car available for your travels. Guest access Guests will have independent access with the possibility of parking inside the gate. The areas of exclusive use of the garden and the property are delimited. Other things to note Since we will be your neighbours, we are committed and ask you to limit loud noises before 9 a.m. and after 10 p.m., and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. There is a piano in the house that has not been played for years and has undergone some movement: it may not be very tuned. If you want to play it, we'd love it! However, we ask you to respect the house's rest hours. Thanks for your cooperation!
