The large, sun-drenched living area is perfect for both relaxation and entertaining with four spacious equal-sized bedrooms with king beds, full kitchen, and 2.5 baths. Outside enjoy the heated pool, hot tub, and wrap-around decks—ideal for sunset views and al fresco dining. You'll literally be steps away from the beach! The space When you enter through the front gate, you step onto the deck featuring the heated pool, hot tub and loungers. The cheeky outdoor shower and laundry facilities are tucked away off of the pool. This is a classic Pines upside-down house. On the first floor you will find four king size bedrooms and two full bathrooms (with Japanese bidets, of course). The second floor features an open-concept kitchen, living area, dining area and powder room. The kitchen and dining areas both open onto a wrap-around deck with loungers, a outdoor dining table, and gas grill. Only the upstairs (living area & kitchen) has a/c. The bedrooms have fans and windows but no a/c.
