Many guests find it refreshing in the summer. The pool and spa are cleaned and serviced before each stay for your convenience. **GUEST ACCESS** We use a smart lock and you will recieve the code upon arrival to the home under the "check-in" information in our guest portal. Please note there are security cameras on the front exterior of the home. **INTERACTION WITH GUESTS** Owners live very close by, and will treat you like family. We’ll do anything and everything it takes to ensure your stay is remembered as one of your best trips ever! We look forward to hosting you! ** HOUSE RULES ** No smoking indoors No events, parties or large gatherings (including bachelorette parties) Only the number of guests on the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior written approval. Must be at least 25 years old to book No hot tub/pool or outside music after 10pm No Pets ** CANCELLATION POLICY ** Reservations canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund. Reservations canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund. ** LOCATION ** Our home is located in the best areas in San Diego, offering great proximity to most attractions and fantastic views. Our central location means you will occasionally hear the sounds of the city. We provide noise machines in all of the bedrooms if you are a light sleeper. If you are very sensitive to noise, staying anywhere along the I-5 cooridor may not be the right choice for you.
