Boulder Creek, California, is situated on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the Achistaca, a group of Awaswas-speaking Ohlone people. The Achistaca were a Native American connected community whose culture was significantly affected by Spanish colonization and the mission system. If you have time go hike the Achistaca Trail in nearby Long Ridge Preserve, which is named in their honor. Enjoy access to outdoor recreational opportunities, including nearby Big Basin Redwoods State Park with its stunning hiking trails, as well as local swimming holes at Henry Cowell that invite relaxation on warm days. This is the owners/hosts full-time HOME and owner’s Uncle lives on the PROPERTY and sleeps in his own cottage. Uncle works in the community 🥳 he is a steward dedicated to maintaining the beautification of our space, he graciously assists our neighbors as well! We are blessed to know him while he enjoys his senior life on this shared property and Mother Earth.🥰🌲 Two adorable poodles have me, Priscilla (white) and Pixie (phantom). Priscilla came from a lady with MS with multiple brain lesions. Pixie came from my late client. What a loyal dog, she stayed with her dying mother even after her death. I am blessed to be their relentless servant😆 Last but not least the owner/host/myself, I am grateful to be here right now. I enjoy tinkering around the garden and sometimes kitchen, playing in the river, cuddling up with the trees and poodles, cooking worldly foods and listening to worldly music. I’m currently rehabilitating my leg after a rear ended car accident, taking time away from my End of Life Doula work. I now host full time.
