Welcome to my charming 2-bedroom detached coach house, a hidden gem nestled in the serene Maltings Park. Experience the allure of modern interior, boasting a spacious open plan kitchen, living, and dining area flooded with natural light. Additionally, the property's close proximity to Aldi, local amenities, and mere 1.6 miles from train station to London Liverpool Street makes it a perfect holiday getaway. The space Master double bedroom, second single bedroom, and a family bathroom offer comfort and convenience, complemented by a large cloakroom for all your storage needs. Please note, bed in a single bedroom can be converted into a large European double bed offering a lot of comfort for 2 people. Sofa in a living room can also be converted into a double bed. However, the sofa bed is part of an open plan, offering less privacy and comfort oppose to the 2 bedrooms. Please message me if you need a place for more than 4 people, then extra sleeping space provided by a sofa bed could be a solution :) A unique feature of this property is its detached nature, set amidst lush greenery, offering a rare and private sanctuary. Outside, a carport, roofed driveway parking, and a sizable South-facing garden ensure both convenience and relaxation, with sun-kissed moments to cherish throughout the day. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the whole house including garden, except a loft and a little underneath the staircase room both of which are just for a storage. Parking There is parking available for 3 /4 cars depending on size. You can park inside car port on the right-hand side (from the front door); roofed driveway on a right side of the house as well as in front of the house (in front of the right carport and in front of driveway). Please do not park inside or in front of 2 carports on a left-hand side from the front door. Other things to note Please note that price per night for New Years eve is a little higher for short stays, but if you wish to stay more than 4 nights I can adjust and discount the price for you, please just message me in case of interest.
