Your cozy retreat awaits! The space The suite is a legal licensed private suite with your own keyless entrance and off street parking. The suite was constructed in 2020 and includes separate furnace and thermostat control and has sound barrier insulation to make your stay a quiet one. The suite is approx. 700 square feet and includes office area, living room, bedroom with queen sized bed, fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar along with dining area and a full bathroom with tub and shower and in suite laundry with a with full sized washer and dryer. Your host lives upstairs and is available for any assistance you may need during your stay. Guest access During your stay, you have full access to the suite as well as the back patio area and yard (shared with the host) and your own energized off street parking spot.
