Access mainly by car, with parking included within the premises. Nice to meet you😊🌻🌱 The space The apartment has 20 m2 and consists of living room with single sofa bed, smart TV, wifi, air conditioning and heating and work table or food. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, microwave with grill, L'Or coffee machine with capsules of different intensities and kettle of water for tea and infusions. Both coffee and tea and infusions are kind of the house. The bedroom has a 135 cm double bed, wardrobe, comfortable and bedside table. The bathroom with a shower is located outside the bedroom. This one has gel, shampoo and conditioner, also kindness of the house. Guest access In front of the entrance door, in the garden, there is a small table and 2 chairs for breakfast or coffee in the shade of a fig tree. Guests have access to the entire garden, as well as the picnic table and benches, where they can eat in the shade of the mulberry tree, have dinner, or simply enjoy a drink while taking in the relaxing view of the forest. The pool area has 3 sun loungers, a shaded chill-out area and forest views. This area is completely private during access hours, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Other things to note It is an ideal apartment for those who want to visit the city of Barcelona, Gavá beach, the beautiful Sitges with its lovely beaches, or the magical Montserrat. At the same time, it allows you to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings and relax in a natural environment, surrounded by vegetation, birds, and fresh air. It is located in a quiet residential area within a natural mountain setting. On the other hand, the town of Vallirana is a place especially suitable for lovers of hiking, climbing and caving. You can do these activities in the mountains surrounding the town, as well as in the Ordal Mountains and the Garraf Natural Park. It is also very close to the Penedès and Anoia areas, which are perfect for visiting wine and cava wineries, beach bars among vineyards, hiking through the Foix Reservoir, and enjoying a landscape full of vineyards and charming small towns.
