6br Historic House/Private Pool

Welcome to our historic, unique home along the river! We know you'll love this property whether you're traveling for business or pleasure. The space Guests may enjoy access to the entire property. Front door is on the left hand side when entering from the driveway and street. The room overlooking the pool has a beautiful pool table, large dining table and kitchen all designed for enjoying the home as a group/ gathering. This property is a combination of two separate units. You will have access to both but there are two separate keypad entrances - one for the first floor and one for the second floor. Guest access Guests have access to the entire space minus one storage closet. We've worked hard to supply you with everything you may need throughout your stay, but in the event that you need anything to make your experience more enjoyable, don't hesitate to ask. Other things to note PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO BOOKING IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO REVIEW RENTAL AGREEMENT. This house is pet friendly so if you are highly allergic to dogs or cats this home may not be a good fit for you. Our cleaning service is very good but you may notice an occasional dog/cat hair here and there. ***If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a pet with you then I reserve the right to either TERMINATE your stay early or DOUBLE the pet fee retroactively for the entirety of your reservation.*** If you are local to Jax and book for less than 7 days we reserve the right to ask you to cancel your reservation. We rarely make an exception to policy but may elect to do so at our sole discretion. Also, Saturday check-ins and check-outs are (generally) not allowed unless you are booking a stay that is > 7 days, with the exception of some specific weekends (FL-GA and TPC Sawgrass weekends are a few examples). I may allow an exception to this policy (depending on the specific weekend and season) but reserve the right not to do so or to ask you to modify of cancel a reservation starting or ending on a Saturday.
