Guests will stay in a century-old building (former dry goods warehouse) in Rincão da Serra, Vera Cruz, near Santa Cruz, the land of Oktoberfest. The accesses are fully paved. A swimming pool, volleyball net, five-a-side soccer field, small square, reforestation area, kiosks, hiking area and much more are available! ATTENTION: our environment is simple. Don't expect anything fancy. IMPORTANT: Request our list of recommendations before booking! Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the house, the Germano kiosk and the pool. Other outdoor areas may be shared with other groups. Other things to note Here are some important recommendations for you to have a great experience in our space! - No pets allowed. - Our big house does not have a TV, but you can bring yours if you wish. - It is necessary to bring bed and bath linens. - Our big house has two bathrooms, one with a shower. There is another bathroom with shower in the outdoor area. - The only loud sounds allowed are those of nature and your laughter. - Peels and vegetable scraps can be deposited in our compost bin, behind the Dona Lydia kiosk. - Leftover food? Don't throw it away! Separate it into a container and we'll dispose of it. - You can rearrange the kiosk furniture however you like. But the environment must be returned as it was found, with everything in its proper place. - Take care of the local flora. Everything here is taken care of with great affection. - Respect animals. ALL life is important. - Do not litter. Deposit it in the trash cans or in your bag. - We allocate recyclable materials to cooperatives. Do your part: separate! - Vehicles must remain in the parking lot and not next to the kiosks. We are at your disposal for any need! Have a great time here!
