Sleeping Arrangements: -Bedroom 1: Queen bed -Living Room: Comfortable full sized sleeper sofa -Garage Space: Comfortable queen sized sleeper sofa for extra guests, featuring its own wood-burning stove for cozy evenings. Bathrooms: -Main bathroom with an expertly crafted tile shower. -Detached, full bathroom with a shower, conveniently located next to the garage. Bonus: -The garage space includes a convenient mini kitchenette/coffee bar. -Easy access to Alsea Bay: Perfect for kayaking, fishing, and excellent crabbing and clamming. -Recently renovated: Enjoy a fresh and modern interior throughout the entire house. -Flexible sleeping arrangements: Can accommodate up to 6 guests. -Bring along a trailer (up to 30 ft) and enjoy water and power hookups. (extra fee applies. $30/night) -Pets are welcome for a $50 fee (2 pets maximum). When you book, please let us know if you are bringing any pets so we can add this to your reservation. Any dogs over 50 pounds are requested to stay outside of the main house but are welcome in the garage Cozy Crabin is a privately owned home and is managed by Oceanside Homes and Design.
