Apartment with roof terrace fireplace

Spacious apartment (living area 104 m²) with fireplace, large roof terrace (45 m²) and carport. Fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms for a stay of 2 to 4 people. The apartment is located on the upper floor of a two-family house on the edge of the Biesenthaler Becken nature reserve. Perfect base to explore the beautiful countryside with its numerous lakes. The space The apartment is on the 1st floor of a two-family house. The entrance is via a common front door. Via the staircase you can reach a gallery with a cloakroom area to the apartment door. This is where your private area begins. Parking space and bicycle stand are under the carport. The apartment has a large living room with sitting area, TV and cozy fireplace area. Open transition to the fully equipped kitchen and the adjoining dining area overlooking the spacious roof terrace. On the roof terrace during the summer months there is a large dining area under a sun roof and a cozy lounge group, deck chairs for sun lovers and a water connection with outdoor shower for a refreshment on hot days. There are 2 bedrooms with plenty of storage space, luggage storage, insect screens on the windows and external roller blinds for complete darkening. Guest access The car and bicycles can be parked under the carport. Through a front door, you can reach the stairs to a gallery with a cloakroom area to the apartment door of your apartment. Other things to note There are two things to note - Please DO NOT turn on the exhaust hood in the kitchen, when the fireplace is burning. Although the fireplace has its has its own outside air supply, the flue gases could be sucked in. - Please fold up the umbrella on the terrace in case of storm, rain or when you are not present and put the cushions in the box or take them inside.
