Beautiful townhouse in a small family friendly neighborhood of Playa Laguna. Nested between Sosua and Cabarete (5min drive each way) and 25min from Puerto Plata Airport, Playa Laguna is the perfect location to explore the area. 2 minutes easy walk to a beautiful & quiet beach, away from the crowds. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it's perfect for families and small groups. The townhouse is 1 unit out of only 4 units private complex that shares a large pool. We are pet friendly with a fenced yard The space Zula Vida townhouse has 2 floors: Main floor: - Open space with a beautiful kitchen with a sitting island and everything you need for cooking delicious meals. - Living room and dining area with lots of natural light and big windows. - The main bedroom ensuite has a queen size bed and a bathroom. - Air Condition and smart TV in both the living room and bedroom 2nd floor - via the spiral staircase: - Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed - Smart TV - Desk - Closet - Air Condition - Bedroom 2 also has a queen size bed - Smart TV - Large closet - Air Condition Fast wifi with coverage throughout the house and yard. Free in unit washer and dryer (laundry detergent included) Private Gas grill in the backyard (propane provided) Dedicated Parking for 1 car Back yard is fully fenced, pets are welcome with an additional fee ($100 per pets). If you choose the correct number of pets during check out the total price includes the pet fee Large pool is shared but private for the 4 units so almost never busy, cleaned and maintained a few times a week. We have an access gate to the pool from our backyard. No extra fees or hidden charges, electricity is always included with your stay and we have backup batteries that will keep lights and outlets working for a few hours in case of an outage. All beddings, pillows, blankets and towels provided for 6 people. If you plan to use the pack n' play baby crib you'll need to bring sheets and a blanket for it. Absolutely no smoking inside or near open windows and doors. You can smoke in the yard but please pick up cigarette butts and trash approperitaly. We expect our guests to respect our neighbours and contain the noise level and disruption. Parties are not allowed. Max occupancy 6 guests. Check in after 3pm, check out at 10am. No keys needed. We have a smart lock on the door so everything is self check in and out, you don't have to meet anyone. We will send you a door code the day of your check in when the house is ready.
