The unit is located in Beaver Run Resort with direct access to Beaver Run SuperChair on Peak 9. Beaver Run is a full-service resort with front desk concierge, free shuttle, on-site spa, 9 hot tubs, 2 year-round heated pools, sauna, steam room, restaurants, an arcade, fitness center, pool tables, tennis court, ski/snowboard rental, bike rental, and retail store. The space The Townhome: This beautifully remodeled townhome is on the 4th floor with great views! The kitchen comes stocked with everything you’ll need, including a coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, blender, baking and cooking pans, salt, pepper, oil, seasoning rack, and more! Each bathroom has a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and plenty of towels. When you walk in the front door, you’re welcomed with an open floor plan including a kitchen with eat-in bar, dining room, and living room. The living room includes a wood burning fireplace, queen sleeper sofa, and balcony with views of Peak 9 and 10. Upstairs you will find a primary bedroom with king bed, a couch with a queen sleeper sofa, tv, and an in-suite bathroom. Down the hallway is another full bathroom with bathtub and the secondary bedroom. You'll find 2 queen beds in the secondary bedroom with a tv and dressers. The large window boasts views of Peak 6, 7 and 8. There's a phone in the townhome that connects you directly to the front desk and other locations in the resort. There is free wifi throughout the resort. Each tv is smart and can use the input buttons to get to cable or log into your favorite apps. Beaver Run Resort: Beaver Run Resort offers the best location in Breckenridge located between the mountain and Main Street Breckenridge with the comfort of an independently owned condo with the services and amenities of a resort. Upon your arrival, your first stop will likely be the lobby at the entry portico. Here you’ll find the front desk and bell service where you'll pick up your room keys. While you check-in, take advantage of the free 15-minute parking spaces at the entry. The parking garage is available for parking at $15 per vehicle per night in the summer and there's tiered pricing in the winter. Winter parking begins 12/1 and will be $39 per vehicle per night Sunday - Thursday and $42 per vehicle per night Friday and Saturday. The Main Building includes the lobby, conference center and dining outlets (Coppertop Bar & Cafe, Spencer's Restaurant, Skywalk Deli & Market, and Base Nine), plus the complimentary ski lockers, retail shop, and rental shops for gear. Building 1 includes The Spa at Beaver Run. Building 3 includes a pool table, 8 outdoor hot tubs, the indoor/outdoor heated pool, sauna, steam room and fitness center with locker rooms and complimentary towels. Building 4 includes an outdoor pool and 1 large outdoor hot tub. All of these buildings are connected by indoor walkways. Search "Beaver Run Resort property map" online to get a map on the resort. Breckenridge: In the winter months, spend your days skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, dog sledding, fly fishing, or taking gondola or sleigh rides. Go ice skating at Stephen C. West Ice Arena, or find free sledding at places like Carter Park and Pavilion and Fraction Drive. The Runway sledding hill on Airport Road even offers a sled shed, where the kids can easily borrow a sled for an afternoon of fun. Come summer, tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club, take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. Mountain bikers have access to spectacular national forest trails right in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, and there are guided whitewater rafting and horseback riding adventures to take advantage of as well.
