.Sharing our Guest House at our Cottage. It's “Rustic” vs “Luxury” on a semi-private lake, surrounded by forest instead of neighbors. Swim, hike, bike, fish, and play ball, we have a beach, pier, kayaks, paddle & fishing boat, trampoline, fire pit, volleyball, bikes, & more. Relax on our deck or Gazebo. Screened Outdoor Kitchen w/grill, & Bath, Guest House is all yours, Kids have loft for a little privacy. On site to serve you, childcare available. Near Michigan Adventure & Lake Dune Beaches. The space I think we have one of the largest and nicest property on our lake being on the furthest "Fishing end", with a large fenced in front yard for security. We on right on the lake bay with our private beach and island far away from the neighbors. Plenty of space to run and play ball with the kids. Take a paddle boat out for a refreshing swim! The Guest House is just down our hill with wood planked walkways separate from the main house. A beautiful natural forest is next to us with trails to hike, ride a bike, or ATV. At night, enjoy a cozy bomb fire, hang out to play cards in the screened in lake gazebo, or star gaze on our beach chairs or swing. Very private and peaceful. Just bring your swim suit, fishing pole and bait! Guest access The Guest House is all yours with it's own little porch and back door. Full size bunk bed with twin size upper and pull out tumble. The upper loft is small but great to put up three kids with their own Gaming TV & DVD. You have your own fridge for food. Just outside your door is our Rose Garden Patio with fire pit and swing. Just up a few steps is our shared large main deck area with table and chairs. The Screened outdoor Galley (Kitchen) is all yours, with sink, dual hotplate for cooking along with microwave, toaster & toaster oven, gas BBQ grill, waffle Iron, coffee maker, and a table to seat 5+ guest. Paper plates, cups, and plastic utensils are provided. The detached large bath room with shower is also yours, however the future hot tub is NOT up and running yet. You can use our Beach, Pier, Gazebo, and front yard for sports. Just, ask to use bikes, fishing and paddle boats, and more, all free of charge. Space to park one car in driveway and three others along road. Other things to note Photos can sometimes be misleading. Our Guest house is a small two floor 16' X 16' cabin designed for sleeping, TV, board games and reading. It is a separate building from the main house. It's more like two bedrooms, design for a single family with kids. This may be tight for more than a few adults, especially the second floor loft with a vertical ladder access only. This does not include the detached Kitchen Galley, Bathroom and large deck that are up a few stairs, outside, next to the main house. Also remember this location is in an outdoor back-woods country environment. So we do have flying-crawling insects and critters on the property. However, all windows, doors, and our outdoor kitchen are screened in from pests, and we do the best to keep them out. The property is also fenced in from wild animals.
