Main Floor: Living Room, Kitchen w/seating for 2 at counter, Dining Room w/seating for 12, Half Bath, King Bedroom with Full Bathroom, Front Porch 2nd Floor: Master King Bedroom with Full Bathroom and Large Porch, Queen Bedroom with Full Bathroom, Queen/XL Twin Bedroom with Full Bathroom 3rd Floor: Kids Playroom Tower: Queen bed Beach service is provided March thru October. Service includes 8 wooden beach chairs with umbrellas setup daily! Additional aluminum beach chairs and floats are also available for a fun day at the Carillon's large, uncrowded beach. Please include in your inquiry the names and ages of all guests. We do not accept school or college spring break groups, athletic teams, bachelor/bachelorette or wedding parties. PLEASE NOTE: Exterior cameras are in use on all exterior doors and driveway including the pool door area. Minimum age to book this property is 30, Non smoking only, Animals not permitted due to severe owner allergies. PLEASE NOTE: There is a separate, required $600 security deposit placed on credit card 2 days prior to arrival. If no damage is found, then the security deposit will be released within 7 days of checkout. Other things to note Still Waters has 51' of driveway space which allows for 3 average sized cars/SUVs with the 4th vehicle parking in front of the home. Vehicles in Carillon Beach are only permitted in front of, or in the driveway of, the property they own and/or rent with only 1vehicle permitted in front of the home. If you rent a golf cart, it will count as your 4th vehicle. *Carillon Beach charges a $35 per car/per stay, parking fee which is separate from this rental agreement.
