Admiral’s Cove Resort - Full house 10

Admiral’s Cove Resort offers the most inclusive and exclusive accommodations on the sandy beaches of Lake McConaughy. Take a dip in the lake, enjoy our sandy beach, or relax at the water’s edge and soak up the sun’s rays on our large sundeck. On-site dining at the Cove Restaurant & Lounge offers a casual, family-friendly dining experience, featuring quality ingredients and creative, fresh preparations. The restaurant is open every night during the season and is accompanied by the friendliest and fastest bartenders on the lake. Join us for a “Lada Colada” Cove classic cocktail, a beachside Manhattan, or just a damn cold Busch Light draught! The resort also provides access to the highest quality gas on the lake so that you can easily fill up your boat or car with the right fuel to keep your engine running right! We have a quaint convenience store, liquor store, and bait shop for all your last-minute needs! Interested in a kayak or rental? Would you like your dinner delivered dockside for boat pickup so that you don’t miss a minute on the beautiful lake? Stay with us at Admiral’s Cove Resort! We’re kicking things up a notch this season. Now you can join us at The Cove every Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for Chef Armando’s Breakfast Buffet and Live Omelette Station. Get ready for Bloody Marys on the deck and fresh omelettes, prepared just the way you like them! Lunch service and regular menu will follow at 11 a.m. Keep an eye on our calendar. We have a lineup of great entertainment coming to The Cove. Enjoy our casual yet elevated beach club fare at Cove Restaurant & Lounge, where you will find Executive Chef Eric Stumpf concocting an eclectic mix of American fusion foods ranging from local filet mignon and ribeyes to shrimp scampi, hand-wrapped bacon jalapeno poppers to street tacos, and much more. After the sun goes down, experience a different side of the Cove as the restaurant transforms into a stylish lounge, offering signature cocktails and wine. We love locals! Come enjoy our new Locals Lunch Special that gets locals 10% off food and $2 off your first drink Monday through Thursday!
