Please note that there is a separate apartment located in the garage area. This apartment is completely independent and does not have access to the main house or the pool. Both spaces are fully private and not shared in any way. Other things to note ***We do not allow parties at all, if you make a party you will be charged with an extra fee( amount will be at our discretion)If You damage the home or smoke, you may be charged up to $300 Any extra service will come with an extra charge, please ask us for more info .We expect used dishes & unmade beds - you don't have to be perfect. If exceptional cleaning is needed for stains or extreme dirtiness we will pass the extra cleaning costs on to you. If you have friends or family coming to visit, please have them book in their own name. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. We may implement video surveillance in public areas (common stairwells, front porches, etc) to ensure the safety and security of all guests. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE PROPERTY. We may use noise level monitoring technology to ensure the comfort and security of our neighbors. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, tell us as soon as possible. When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of the above House Rules. Please also note that for security, there is a Ring camera set up at the front door as well as a camera in the backyard. We have regular pool, lawn maintenance, and pest control scheduled on an ongoing basis, which may occur during any scheduled stay.
