This large apartment offers stylish and comfortable accommodation combining oak beams and original features with modern living.   The apartment is a recently upgraded loft conversion (with height restrictions in part) on the top floor of an early 16th Century historic Manor House. It has its own separate private entrance.   It is suitable for up to 6 people (4 adults and 2 children).   The apartment benefits from a main bedroom (king size bed), separate bedroom/dressing room (with double bed), bedroom/sitting room (with double bed), kitchen, laundry, bathroom, separate wc, dining area.   Free Wi-Fi and off-road private parking available.   Please no pets.   Property details:   Entrance hall For those muddy walking boots, coats and jackets. Main bedroom   There is a king size bed, dressing table plus chest of drawers. A hair dryer is available. Bedroom / Dressing room   Accessed through the main bedroom is a separate bedroom/dressing room, containing a clothes rack, shelving and full-length mirror.   This room includes a double bed (6’6” round bed) but it should be noted there is no window in the room. As a connected bedroom it’s ideal for children. Bedroom / Sitting room   A large sitting room, with space to unwind and relax plus a small desk. There is a double bed in this room (see photos).   There’s a selection of books, games, cards and jigsaws available for you to borrow.   Dining area   A separate dining area, with oak beams and original features. Kitchen   A well-equipped kitchen area includes a hob and oven, fridge and microwave.   We provide a welcome food basket to get you started, including granola, yoghurt, milk, croissant, jams and juice. There’s also a selection of teas and coffee (Nespresso machine) for you to help yourself to.   A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available if required.   Bathroom   There is a modern bathroom with newly installed furniture including a bath and wc. Separate WC In addition to the bathroom there is a separate WC. Guest access Guests have separate and private access to the apartment. Other things to note Location:   This historic property lies at the foot of the South Downs and within touching distance of the South Downs Way. With easy access to miles of glorious countryside, it provides an ideal location for walkers and cyclists, and those who want to explore the beauty and attractions of the surrounding area.   The property stands at the heart of the delightful small village of. Buriton close to the market town of Petersfield, with its rail link to London, and is close to the Hampshire/West Sussex border. Local attractions:   Set in amazing countryside, the property is close to a number of notable attractions.   Examples (all within a 15 mile radius) include Goodwood’s race course and motor circuit, The Witterings and the south coast, Cowdray Park Polo Club, Winchester, Chichester, Midhurst, Portsmouth, Queen Elizabeth Country Park and several National Trust properties including Uppark, Harting Down, Woolbeding Gardens and Hinton Ampner.   There are two pubs within walking distance in the village, with an abundance of other local pubs, restaurants, shops and amenities within easy striking distance.
