Enjoy your stay in this spacious double bedroom in the quiet neighbourhood of Holywell, Swords There is Free parking Supermarkets are 5 minutes away 10 minutes from Swords Centre and the Airport Dublin city centre, Malahide & Portmarnock are nearby Bus n. 102, 142, 42, 42D, 43 & Swords Express are 5 minutes away, n. 41 and 33 are 20 minutes away. The space Double Room in a 2-bedroom house with a garden. The room is suitable for up to 2 people only. The bedroom window looks out onto the garden side. Guest access Free access to the kitchen. There is a guest cupboard with various items and fridge space for storing your belongings and food. Free access to the shared toilet. The sitting room is also used as a home office and Dog Boarding area; therefore, not accessible. Smoking is not permitted indoors, but I have no issues with vaping. During your stay I will be happy to help as much as I can if you are in need of directions or general enquiries. Other things to note Check-In & Check-Out Information Monday to Thursday, check-in is available only after 7 pm; unfortunately, this is not negotiable. Airbnb doesn't support multiple check-in/check-out times, so please let me know your preferred time, and I'll confirm if I am available to meet. GUESTS WITH INFANTS Infants between the ages of 0 and 24 months are welcome to stay free of charge only for bookings of 7 days or shorter. For bookings longer than 7 days, the extra guest charges apply, €35 per day. No extra bed/cot is available for children or infants. If needed, cleaning charges will apply. SERVICE PET(s) When booking the room, please indicate if you are travelling with a service animal. If so, please provide the following information: - What breed is the Service Animal? - Do you require your animal because of a disability? (Info needed to be sure that my property can facilitate such disability) - What work or task has the animal been trained to perform? A Cleaning Fee of €10 per night will apply to all service Animals. If a pet damages the property or belongings, reimbursement will be required. The payment for the cleaning fee and any necessary reimbursements is made before check-out or after receiving a quote from a professional. Guests can pay directly to me using Revolut or Cash. To ensure the safety and well-being of all pets, it is required that owners do not leave their pets unsupervised on the property or in the garden. Feel free to inquire about supervision availability, and I will do my best to assist you*. DOG BOARDING I often host furry friends for several nights. If this is a problem (e.g. allergies or because you will come with a pet), please send me a message before booking the room. No cats have ever lived or been boarded in this property. LUGGAGE POLICY To maintain a comfortable and organised environment within our accommodation premises, it is essential to manage luggage efficiently. Luggage Limit Per Guest Each guest is permitted to bring up to: - Two large items (e.g., large suitcases or travel bags) - One or two small personal items (e.g., backpacks, handbags, or laptop bags) External Storage for Excess Luggage If guests arrive with more than two large items, we require them to utilise external storage options. This policy helps us maintain ample space and comfort for all guests while ensuring the rooms remain uncluttered.
