A luxurious open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen boasting a Nespresso coffee machine, instant boiling hot tap, fridge, freezer, two smog ovens, 4 ring induction hb and all the pots, pans, utensils you could possibly wish for any culinary preference. The breakfast bar offers a social and relaxing space to mull over a morning coffee or to share a glass of something special, with the dining table and and incredibly comfortable large sofa and armchair all sharing this beautiful light and airy space. A very comfortable and cosy space for 4 guests. Sitting area centralised towards a modern log burner, television with Sky TV. Utility room, perfect for walking boots, coats, also providing a washing machine, tumble dryer. A convenient downstairs shower room with W.C. Back door leading out to a private and fully enclosed garden. Paved patio area with garden furniture and Green Egg BBQ. Charcoal provided. To the first floor- master bedroom with super king bed with beautiful views over the countryside and a further bedroom with king size bed. Bathroom, soak away the day with the freestanding bath overlooking the private rear garden, the bathroom also has a separate large shower. Off road driveway parking for two cars at front of house.
