Located next to Gardina Park and the Fruitland Park Community Center. They have a fantastic pool, among other activities. Rent a kayak or take a boat tour at Lake Griffin State Park just minutes away. Walmart is just over 1 mile away. The Villages, Spanish Springs, UF Health Hospital, Great shopping, and a plethora of fantastic restaurants are all less than 10 miles away. Generally, a little over an hour from Orlando International Airport, depending on traffic. This beautiful space provides a memorable and comfortable stay. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our cottage. Guest access Parking for Unit A is the front paved driveway. The front door code will be given before check-in. Press the 4 number door code. When the top button blinks green, you can turn the deadbolt to unlock the door. When leaving the unit, push the top button and twist the deadbolt to lock. Please make sure the door is always closed securely. Other things to note We have added a trundle bed in the secondary bedroom.
