Check-out time is until 11:00 AM. - No smoking: Any trace of smoke odor within the apartment will result in a fine of USD 100 per night of the total reservation. Cigarettes cannot be thrown from the balcony. - No gatherings or parties are allowed on the property. - If you plan any kind of move: The schedule is from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM (Must be notified to the administrator or security team in advance). - Additional charges: The maintenance of the property and its furniture is the responsibility of the tenant; any loss or breakage will be charged at the market value on the day of check-out. This includes excess dirt, stains on sheets or towels from makeup, blood, or similar, breakage of dishes or electronic devices, breakage or loss of remote control, damage to mattresses, pillows, sofas, furniture, or loss of apartment keys. - Upon entering, always carry your identification so that the security team grants you access to the apartment. - The elevator has a capacity of up to 4 people. - Respect the rest hours, even on weekends. - Trash bins are located in the middle of the emergency staircase, and recyclable waste must be separated from wet waste (there are two different bins for each classification).
