Cosy Attic Rooms in House 30min train to Amsterdam

This 1917-built house is situated in the better neighborhood of Amersfoort, walking distance from forest, city center and 30-minute train ride to Amsterdam down town. Guestrooms are situated on cosy Attic with private bathroom. Use of garden and kitchen facility is permitted/encouraged as well as parking on own property. There are multiple dedicated spaces to relax in the main house and also in the new garden house with second kitchen and chill-attic with movie screen. The space The space can also be rented as an entire house with 10 sleeping places, over 5 separate bedrooms. Please contact for availability. Please note that when booking with two persons, one bedroom with double bed will be prepared. The second room will be made available when more then two persons are part of your booking. However if you need two separate rooms with just two people, please contact the host for possibilities. Guest access The sunroom, living room, diningroom, kitchen and garden are also accessible for guests. If in addition to the two bedrooms on the attic a third, fourth or even fifth bedroom is required, this can be discussed. During your stay Available for any questions Other things to note The attic is part of our house where we live. The house is quite large and I live here together with my two daughters. Normally I only rent the attic when my daughters are not around. So you may share the house with just myself. If you would like to rent the entire house, than we can agree on a separate additional fee to accommodate such a request.
