This is a beautifully maintained timeshare resort, Sand Pebbles Resort, fully furnished, ground floor 1 bedroom apartment, located 1 block from Solana beach, of which 1/4 of the walk consists of the stairs to the beach. Sleeps 4 people total, strictly enforced. The majority of owners are families, so there are children, but it is quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. I have most of August (2-30, 4 weeks) to rent this year. If you want to get in sooner, let me know - I'll be there the week before The space Common area pool, hot tub, game room, billiards, and washer / dryer. No pets. The Coaster train stop is aboutI 2 blocks away if you want to venture into San Diego. Parking for 1 car assured. f you have a 2nd car, it may have to be street parked, which is available. Other things to note No elevators, no air conditioning. But it's by the beach - the floor fans provided are enough.
