This stationary luxury RV offers a cozy, fully stocked home base for exploring the Pacific Northwest—or simply unwinding in nature. You'll enjoy outdoor games, a private fire pit, and walking trails right on the property. It’s the perfect setting for a romantic getaway, solo reset, or creative escape. Located just 10 minutes from two stunning Puget Sound state parks, you’ll have easy access to beaches, kayaking, hiking, and scenic wildlife. Whether you're sipping coffee among the trees or stargazing by the fire, you'll experience the best of rustic comfort and natural beauty. This is an adults-only space ideal for those seeking a peaceful, distraction-free stay. 🐾 Please Note: We have two gentle English Mastiffs—Sadie and Stella—who live on the property. They help protect our land and chickens from local wildlife. You’ll be just: 10 minutes to Joemma Beach State Park – A peaceful beach with stunning sunsets, kayaking, and shoreline trails. 10 minutes to Penrose Point State Park – A local favorite for hiking, clamming, and exploring Puget Sound’s marine life. 45 minutes to Hood Canal – A scenic drive to one of Washington’s best-kept secrets for oysters, swimming, and waterfront views. 2 hours to the Olympic National Park & Hurricane Ridge. 4 hours to the Hoh Rainforest. Ask me for your epic day long itinerary! 🚫 House Rules: No children (18+ only) No pets No smoking or vaping No events or parties Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM Guest access ⚠️ Accessibility Note The RV has several steps at the entrance and interior levels between the living room, kitchen, and bedroom areas. Due to these features, the space may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges. Guests have full private access to the RV. Guests may also access outdoor living spaces including the fire pit area, outdoor seating, and access to the private walking trail that winds down into the forest. Other things to note 🚫 Adults Only This is a peaceful retreat designed for adult guests (18+ only). We are unable to accommodate children. 🐶 On-Site Dogs Our two large but gentle English Mastiffs (Sadie & Stella) live on the property. They may be seen or heard during your stay. Please be comfortable with dogs on-site before booking. 🪜 Accessibility There are steps at the RV entrance and interior levels. May not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. 📍 Location & Privacy The RV is located on a quiet, forested corner of our private property. While we respect your privacy, we do live on-site and are available if you need anything. We often use our outdoor grill and seating area as well. 🔥 Fire Pit & Outdoor Space You’ll have access to our fire pit and seating area. Firewood is provided--if you plan to have a rager, please bring your own wood! Please observe local burn bans if applicable. 🛠️ RV-Specific Notes This is a stationary RV, not a tiny house. While it’s fully functional and comfortable, it may feel different from a standard home. Water, heat, and power are provided via hookups. 📶 Wi-Fi & Cell Signal Wi-Fi is available, but due to the rural location, speeds may vary. Cell service is generally strong but may fluctuate depending on your provider. 🌲 Wildlife You may hear or see deer, birds, or other wildlife. We ask that guests do not leave food outside overnight.
