The space 📍 LOCATION & AMENITIES Located in the heart of River Run Village, this condo sits within the sought-after Buffalo Lodge, just steps from the action. Guests enjoy access to shared amenities across nearby lodges, including game rooms, lounges, and more. Onsite perks include: Ski locker for secure gear storage Outdoor heated pool and multiple hot tubs just downstairs Laundry room for added convenience Games, cards, and coloring books located in the cabinet under the TV — perfect for relaxing après-ski or family fun 🎿 SKI SEASON Hit the slopes with ease — our condo offers effortless ski-in/ski-out access, with the River Run Gondola just a short stroll away. Located in the heart of the village, you're perfectly positioned for first tracks and après-ski fun. OFF-SEASON | April 6th to Mid/End of June (please note village pool closure dates): Keystone Resort will conclude winter operations on April 6th and resume summer operations around mid to late June (exact date TBD). During this transitional period, most village facilities, including restaurants and shops, will be closed. That said, many guests still enjoy visiting for the quiet trails and mountain environment. The only village pool will be closed for maintenance from April 14th to June 8th, but guests will continue to have access to the hot tubs in our building. Please note that, from time to time, these hot tubs may also be closed for routine maintenance. Please note that there are no refunds or rate adjustments during this time, as pricing has already been reduced to reflect the limited availability of resort amenities. 🍽️ KITCHEN Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essentials — perfect for whipping up everything from a quick mountain breakfast to a cozy dinner in. The adjacent dining area, set beside large windows, seats four and offers a warm, scenic spot to share meals or unwind with a glass of wine. 🛏️ Bedroom Relax and recharge in the cozy primary bedroom, featuring a brand-new luxurious king-size mattress and a 42" Smart TV. Soft linens, and quiet surroundings ensure a restful night’s sleep after a day in the mountains. 🍽️ Dining Area The bright dining area is framed by large windows and offers a spacious table for four — perfect for sharing home-cooked meals, playing games, or enjoying scenic views with your morning coffee. 🛋️ Living Room This inviting corner-unit living room showcases beautiful views of the slopes and village. Enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace, a brand-new 55” Smart TV with premium channels, and a super-comfy king-size sleeper sofa. Extra linens and blankets are provided for your convenience. Step directly onto the private balcony from here to soak in the mountain air. 🌄 Balcony Start your day with a coffee or wind down in the evening with a glass of wine on your private balcony, offering second-floor views of the ski slopes and surrounding peaks. 💤 Sleeping This property comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, with a plush king-size bed in the primary bedroom and a luxury king-size sleeper sofa in the living room — perfect for couples, friends, or small families looking to relax in comfort. 🛁 Bathroom The full bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, bidet, hair dryer, plush towels, and an initial supply of toiletries to get you started. 🧹 Cleaning A professional cleaning fee is applied at checkout. Additional cleanings are available upon request with 24-hour notice (fee applies). 🚗 Parking Heated Garage Access in the building for 1 car included! No additional spaces are offered in Keystone River Run. Please note that Keystone River Run does not offer any additional overnight parking facilities anywhere. There is an Overnight lot by the Keystone Convention Center. Guests will be responsible for making arrangements if they arrive with more than 1 car. NO Trailers or Campers are allowed anywhere in the underground parking lot or village. Max Clearance: 7' 5". ⚠️ Elevator Maintenance Update The HOA is currently performing emergency maintenance on the underground parking elevator. A second elevator is available from the ground level, and luggage carts are provided. 🔌 EV Charging The garage includes a limited number of EV charging stations — available on a first-come, first-served basis (not guaranteed). 🌡️ AC/Heating Buffalo Lodge units are equipped with highly efficient baseboard heating. There is no air conditioning, but Keystone's high elevation (9250 ft) keeps it cool even in summer. A ceiling fan is in the living room, and a portable fan is available in the closet. ❄️ Winter Conditions Snowstorms may cause I-70 closures. Refunds or adjustments cannot be offered for weather delays.
