5 person suite with three rooms and private bathroom

Everything is within easy reach of this suite in a stylish 1920s home. In the city center of beautiful Borculo. Close to public transportation, shops, supermarket and museums. The suite of approximately 40 m² has two bedrooms, each with a double box spring and bathroom toilet and a TV/seating sleeping area. Through the common hallway you reach the bathroom with shower and toilet. Free WiFi. The space A large upper floor on the second floor with 4 rooms: 2 double bedrooms, 1 TV room with single bed and 1 bathroom. The 2 bedrooms both have a lovely king-size bed (180x200) and each have two chairs and a small desk for laptops or work and equipped with a USB charger. The bathroom is equipped with sink, toilet and a shower. Enjoy extra comfort with our Japanese bidet toilet, which provides a modern and hygienic experience. The TV room can be provided on request with an extra, large single bed for the 5th person. Please mention this when booking due to preparation, but usually it is already ready All areas are on the second floor accessible via the stairs. There is a common hallway with private bathroom: shower/ toilet. All the bedrooms feature an electronic deadbolt for added privacy and safety. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. We live there ourselves, so you can run into us in the hallway. Breakfast and dinner are possible in consultation for a small fee. There is a private fridge that you could use in consultation just like the kitchen. We will then agree on the time block in advance. For longer stays, we also have bicycles available for rent. In the garden there is a seat for 4 people where you can stay wonderfully if the weather allows it. There is a lockable space for bicycles and there the bikes can also be charged. Guest access The suite is on the first floor and accessible by stairs. The private bathroom is accessible via a hallway. The breakfast and dining room is on the ground floor. During your stay The host will contact the guest and welcome them in person. If this is not possible, access is possible via an access code. Other things to note Absolutely no pets. No smoking throughout the building, so certainly not in the rooms. For stays of several days, a private refrigerator, washing machine and dryer and possibly the kitchen are available in consultation.
