Great location on the edge of the city of Exeter with leafy views around the house. Good access to M5 and M30 with out needing to tackle the city traffic and beaches and Dartmoor a short drive away. Bus and train into Exeter within 10 min walking distance. Bus to the centre ~20 mins, train to the centre ~ 3 mins. LGBTQ+ friendly. Anti-racist.
