In addition, it has two bathrooms, a balcony and a terrace accessible from the rooms, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and views. The rooms are designed for your comfort: one of them has a 1.50 m double bed and another with a 1.35 m bed equipped with air conditioning for your comfort (only room with air conditioning). The third room has two 0.90 m single beds. All rooms are equipped with a 32-inch TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration. The kitchen has been renovated and is fully equipped with new appliances, making it the perfect place to prepare delicious meals. The spacious living room includes a space that simulates a bar with American-style leather from the 70s, where you can enjoy leisure time in front of a large Smart TV. In addition, the apartment has a storage room located in the garage where you can find 2 body boards to enjoy the waves of the beaches of Zumaia and a paddle surf board to relax while walking along the Urola River and thus also be able to contemplate our villa from another perspective.
