Welcome to our beautifully designed farmhouse with premium amenities, located only 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown Seattle! Our fully fenced cottage features a Smeg fridge, Ilve range, soaking tub, and 3 skylights that flood the interior with natural light. Convenience and uniqueness! has a style all its own. The space Our cottage is a studio style unit that includes an in-wall heater and heated tile floors throughout to warm you up in the cold winter months, and AC for the summer! There is a super comfortable memory foam queen sized bed with a comforter and down pillows. Lots of extra linens and bath robes! The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range and oven, an Italian designed refrigerator with a freezer, and all the essentials for cooking. We also have a dedicated dining table/work space with three chairs, as well as in-unit washer and dryer! Guest access Guest access You will have access to the entire private fenced parking area and the studio. It’s not attached to any other buildings and has its own private entrance and yard. Parking will never be an issue with a dedicated space for up to three cars, as well as free street parking! Other things to note There are 2 properties on address. This farmhouse is the 2nd unit further back. You won't missed it! Because our cottage is located conveniently from SeaTac airport, there are planes flying overhead that may cause some noise. We have installed wall insulation and special noise cancellation windows to reduce the sound. The space also has windows in the eves as well as three skylights that fill the room with natural sunlight. Please note that these unique designs will allow some light seepage at night. Our home doesn't have TV so you can have a truly rest time after long day explore Seattle and get ready for your next adventure!
