Women only. Spacious single room with single bed in modern home in a quiet residential area of Falmouth, Cornwall. Ten mins walk to Swanpool Beach, Nature Reserve and Coast Path. Welcoming homestay style accommodation. Quality teas and coffee and cafe tierre in room. We have a small friendly dog. No meals provided but you can use our oven and fridge. Transport: 30 mins walk / 5 mins drive / Bus 65A to town centre. Free parking on road outside our house. Nearest shop 20 mins walk. The space The room is bright and airy. It has a comfy single bed and we supply sheets and towels. Guest access Check in is from 5pm till 10pm, and check out is by 10am. Guests have a single bedroom and use of shared bathroom and kitchen. You can also sit out in our pretty back garden. During your stay We offer a warm welcome to guests and enjoy having people to stay. I love the landscapes and seascapes of Cornwall and am very happy to share my knowledge of the area around Falmouth and also West Penwith with you, and can suggest good walks or days out if you wish. Our home is a relatively quiet place. We are usually up fairly early to go to work etc. Other things to note We have a small, friendly dog. Please leave your shoes in the hallway.
