Villa Mares - Caspian Sea Suite

The Mar Cáspio suite is a high-end, modern and cozy space. Located 700 meters from the edge of Morro Beach, you will be close to markets, bakeries, restaurants and pharmacies, ensuring practicality and comfort during your stay. Ideal for solo travelers or couples looking for a quality experience with great value. This unit does NOT have PARKING. For access, you need to climb a 32-STEP ROTATING staircase as shown in the photos. The space The suite is located on the top floor of Villa Mares, where there are a total of three suites, each with their guaranteed privacy. The suites are accessed by a single hallway, similar to that of a hotel, and have no connection to the lower floors' residences. The access to the floor is done by SNAIL STAIRWAY (32 steps) and directly through the door that leads to the street, as can be seen in the photos. We do not have a dining space, the rental is only from the suite. Safety and Tranquility: Residencial Villa Mares is located on a quiet and safe street, with no incident records. We have a complete security system, including alarms and cameras that monitor the entire area. In addition, we are located only 1 km from the 10th Battalion of the Military Police of Espírito Santo and 450 m from the Civil Police Station of Guarapari. We work to offer a quiet and comfortable stay, but we emphasize that it is always important to remember that in the present day basic care becomes paramount. Other things to note 🔑 Use of Keys The unit keys remain attached by a safety steel cable, which must not be broken. The deliberate separation of the keys can compromise the unit's power control, allowing the air conditioner to remain on unnecessarily while no one is in the unit. In case of cable violation, a fine of R$150 will be applied, referring to the replacement of the system and possible additional energy costs. 💨 Hair Dryer We provide a hairdryer free of charge upon prior request. We ask that the request be made up to 48 hours before the check-in date. Requests made after this deadline will be subject to the availability of the Villa Mares team at the time.
