Please be familiar with the phone number on your AirBnb account. There is a dawn to dusk sensor to light your way at the front door. One bedroom with king size bed and full closet, with a smart tv. One bedroom with a queen size bed and full closet, with a smart tv. One bedroom with a twin trundle bed , that offers a pull out for an additional twin bed. This room offers a smart tv and bean lounger for your pet. Kitchen is full size with new appliances, utensils etc. and a large breakfast bar that seats six people. Large living room with a sectional sofa, seating for 6 comfortable, with a smart tv. Entertainment room has a sectional sofa a pac man arcade machine for our guest to play. In addition to family entertainment this area has a full washer and dryer for our guest to use during there stay. Outside entertainment area to lounge in the private fenced in back yard while grilling, with a small sand pit for young children. The grill is not maintained by the host. Please clean the grill and empy ashtrays after use. Guest access Guest have exclusive access to the entire home and private backyard. The home has a keyless door locking system. Your door code will be based on the phone number associated with your AirBnb account. please be sure you are familiar with the phone number associated with your AirBnb reservation. Other things to note Your safety matters! This property has 1 Security camera located on the exterior of the home that are facing outwards away from the home. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera will record video and sound when activated by motion. Tampering with cameras is immediately grounds for termination of rental. The home does not allow parties or events, all guest must be on the reservation to stay overnight within the home. In the back patio area we do allow smoking and vaping, please Do Not Smoke inside of the home. Please empty all ashtrays and clean the grill if you've used it. We have a strict no smoking policy inside the unit . Absolutely no smoking, e‑cigarettes, vaping or incense burning of any kind. Extra cleaning fees will be encured resulting from not respecting this rule. A fee of $200 fined if smoking or vaping has occurred in the home. We do allow 2 registered pets while staying, please ask about the pet fee. Our backyard is fully fenced in. Service dogs no fee applies. The home offers a grill to our guest, we do not provide the charcoal and guest are responsible for cleaning grill upon departure or a $50 fee is imposed.
