We are located in the heart of the Appia Antica, in an intimate, cozy and private space, away from the chaos of the capital. The property offers rooms with a private bathroom, equipped with heating, air conditioning, a hairdryer and a TV. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we have recently added a fully equipped kitchen, available to guests. Outside, a small courtyard with tables and chairs will allow you to enjoy sunny days in total relaxation.
