Fully self contained independent cottage. Tropical front verandah looking out to natural bush. Set on 10 acres in a quiet area, secure and safe. Lounge, tv, dining area, kitchen, fridge, bedroom with queen size bed and separate bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and tub. Pets allowed as spacious securely fenced lawned area. Dogs can be safely left in the yard if you go out. I can check on them if requested. Unfortunately internet is not reliable. The space Independent self contained cottage. Fully airconditioned plus ceiling fans. One bedroom with queen size bed. All linen and towels supplied. Separate living and dining area with TV. The bathroom includes a washing machine, iron and laundry trough. Refrigerator, two hot plates and microwave available plus BBQ outside. All crockery, cooking utensils, cutlery, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, glasses included. Coffee, tea, muesli, sugar and milk supplied plus condiments available for use - tomato sauce, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper, chilli sauce, vegemite, honey and peanut paste. Guest access Cottage is self contained with very easy private access with ample room for parking. Plenty of room for large vehicles, vans and boats. Other things to note This property is on the way to Kakadu and Litchfield National Parks. It is 3 minutes away from a major shopping centre and 2 minutes to Bunnings. The city are airport are 20 minutes away. No smoking inside.
