This bright, open-concept retreat is filled with natural light and a refreshing lake breeze. Enjoy the Saturday Night Pipe Band or unwind on your private balcony with a coffee or wine at sunset. With the marina, parks, and restaurants nearby. A BBQ & lawn games on-site, it’s the perfect place to make lasting memories. The space The entrance opens into the ground floor which has bedroom #2, a 1.5 piece bathroom, washing machine and utility sink. Stairs lead up to the second floor which has the main bedroom, full bathroom with small shower stall, kitchen, dining area and living room. Open concept design. A cute extra space is a small loft for sleeping, from the main bedroom, a great space for older kids. Note: this loft is a small space. Some amenities will be season dependent (i.e. outdoor shower is only available in the summer season) Other things to note The main bathroom shower is a small standup style. There is no bathtub.
