It’s Five O’clock Somewhere is a luxury lakefront home located in the gated community of Lakeside Estates. It is in a protected, no wake, SEASONAL (April 1st - mid-October) DEEP WATER COVE on beautiful clear Norris Lake. This 4 ½ story, 4000 square-foot home provides 9 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms and sleeps 22(up to18 adults). There is ample indoor and outdoor seating for meals and gatherings. The outside steps lead to your own two-story covered dock with a slide. Our dock can accommodate 2 boats. The home provides access to large outdoor and indoor spaces. There are three large 30 foot outdoor decks, and two of them are covered with rain guard which allows usage even on a rainy day. There is an indoor fireplace and an outdoor fire pit. There are 2 outdoor furniture sets, a picnic table, wooden chairs at an outdoor bar, and a swing for large group seating. The 6 person hot tub sits under the starry night sky. There is a gas grill and gas griddle for big group cooking. MAIN LEVEL The main story has a full kitchen with a pantry and eating bar that is completely stocked for family cooking and eating. The granite dining table seats 12-14. The family room has a vaulted ceiling with two-story windows, stone fireplace with gas logs, three couches and a 55 inch TV and surround sound. There is a King bedroom on this level and one full bathroom. UPSTAIRS The upper level has 2 king bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and each room has a private sink and vanity, They share a Jack and Jill bath/shower and toilet. The top level crow’s nest has 2 twin beds and a half bath. It is the perfect environment for children to have their own private getaway. LOWER LEVELS The lower level is an amazing retreat that includes another spacious area with a 55 inch TV, and surround sound. The expansive game room has a pool table/ping-pong table and dart board. There is a kitchenette with another full refrigerator, microwave, and commercial icemaker. There is a king bedroom, a bedroom with two double beds, and another full bathroom on this level as well. The lowest walk-out level has the third television/gaming and sitting area. There are two queen bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a bunk room bedroom (twins over fulls) and laundry facilities on this level. Walk out this level to the 30 foot covered deck to access the hot tub. All levels have gorgeous lake views. All rooms have ceiling fans. The house is meticulous and beautifully decorated. The private dock provides all day fun and easy access to your own boats. It is close to the Jumping Bridge and Sugar Hollow Marina. It provides a water paradise in the summer but is also a wonderful retreat year-round. The autumn leaves are colorful, and it is a cozy gathering place for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s. Also a great location for hiking and ATV trails during fall and winter. It's 5 O'clock Somewhere is situated in Lakeside Estates on 188 acres of scenic mountain land and surrounded by a private cove on Norris Lake. Lakeside Estates features a gated entrance, pool, walking trail, private boat ramp, boat trailer parking, city water, and is minutes from several full service marinas and restaurants. This part of the lake is considered seasonal water and prior to April and after October 1st our cove can look more like a river than a lake. There is no guarantee that you'll have access to the dock, but the boat launch is available year round. This is a NON SMOKING home.
