The two-bedroom apartment offers comfort and relaxation with modern amenities, two expansive covered patios, ocean views and plenty of space to unwind. Best of all, your dog is welcome to join you too! Step inside to a generous open-plan living space with beautiful polished hardwood timber floors and crisp plantation shutters setting the tone for a relaxed coastal ambiance. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain, while the loungeroom comes with reverse cycle air-conditioning, comfortable furnishings and smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi. The first covered patio (accessed from the loungeroom) is the perfect spot to kick back with a book while enjoying the ocean views. The second patio is accessible from both bedrooms and features an alfresco dining and lounge area enclosed with aluminum shutters to let in the sun and light while maintaining privacy. The master bedroom features a queen bed, walk in robe, reverse cycle air-conditioning and modernized ensuite with a shower over bath. The second bedroom is great for kids and comes with 2 singles beds, ceiling fan and built in wardrobe. There is a spacious main bathroom with walk in shower and laundry facilities including Miele washing machine and dryer. Kauai 2 offers the ultimate beachside lifestyle, just steps from Bilinga beach and the Oceanway Path – a scenic, flat coastal path stretching for kilometers in both directions, perfect for walks, runs, or cycling. Plus, the unit includes secure parking for 1 car. The unit is located on the ground floor, however there are approximately 5 steps from the street to the unit. Pet friendly property for one small dog only (no cats or other pets permitted). Your dog is welcome to join you on holidays, however is not permitted in the carpeted bedrooms, or on any beds or furniture. Dogs must not be left alone at the property at any time and all waste must be removed on departure. Keys Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office – 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 6 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport. Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Linen - Linen including bath towels are provided and beds have been made up in preparation for your stay (for applicable properties, trundle & sofa beds will not be made up and linen will be left at the property if required) Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
