It was built in 1969 and has 57 individual units. Surfside puts you just steps to a beachfront pool and the beach. This condominium is located on a more private, quiet part of New Smyrna Beach. There is plenty of open parking available for guests and laundry facilities located on the premises. Only minutes away from great restaurants and unique shops. The Beauty of New Smyrna Beach New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound.
