Guest access Guests have full access to the condominium and the aforementioned common areas. Other things to note You will be asked to accept a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may incur a fine of $100 USD or more. There are plants on the property and to make everything look great, our friendly gardener visits us every Tuesday for about 20 minutes to take care of them. Weekday housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Tenants must be at least 25 years of age. Supplies are provided to start your stay. If you run out of them, it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment is rented, including beach chairs and umbrellas.
