"Come stay in one of our Vacation Homes by MR Florida Vacation! Expansive 6BR/5BA (4 full, 1 half) home (≈3,305 sq ft) in Solterra Resort — 15 mi to Disney, 22 mi to Universal. Sleeps 9–17 with 4 ensuites, open living, private screened pool (heat on request), fast Wi‑Fi, smart TVs, full kitchen, washer/dryer & parking. Resort amenities: clubhouse, resort‑style pool, lazy river & waterslide, gym, café, tennis/volleyball & playground. BBQ rental available. Ideal for large families & groups The space "IMPORTANT INFORMATION: • Self‑catering: We provide a starter kit for day 1 only (shampoo, body soap, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pod, 1 roll paper towel, basic toilet paper, trash bags). Please plan a grocery stop for additional toiletries and food. • Housekeeping: The house is professionally cleaned and inspected before check‑in; fresh sheets and bath towels are supplied. We do not supply washcloths or pool/beach towels—remember to pack your own. No daily maid service. • Mid‑stay clean (optional): – Up to 5 bedrooms US $150 per visit – 6+ bedrooms US $200 per visit Service includes new linens, fresh bath/hand towels, bathroom & kitchen refresh, dusting and floor care. • Rental agreement : A rental contract must be e‑signed. • Online purchases / deliveries: You may ship packages during your stay. Most resorts do not accept USPS; use UPS, FedEx or DHL. Some communities charge a handling fee or hold items at the clubhouse. MR Florida is not responsible for lost/returned parcels. • Extra charges: Missing or damaged items, excessive cleaning, loose trash, or violation of house rules will result in additional fees. AC/Heating There is a thermostat in the living room area. Adjust the temperature to your liking. Please never set it below 72 degrees as this may damage the unit Trash / rubbish: The Plastic bench located outside the front door is a trash container. Please place all your trash in tied plastic bags and always leave them inside the bench before 8:00 AM. Trash will be collected every day POOL If you use pool toys, please remove them from the water when you are finished using the pool Be aware that the pool tech comes once a week to clean the pool. You may see him during your stay. • Pool heat – US $40 per night (entire stay). Request at least 48 h before check‑in. Heater is heat‑exchange; max 90 °F and not effective in very cold weather. No refund if water does not reach personal preference. Spa will heat only when pool heat is hired JACUZZI To activate the Jacuzzi Jet, please dial the timer (located on the side of the pool door) to the desired time. There's also a switch at the same place to turn on the pool lights. RESORT CLUBHOUSE AND POOL Guests need to check in to use the Clubhouse During Clubhouse hours (9am-6:30pm) at the front desk. They will need to provide their ID, Reservation information, and the license plate number of the primary vehicle. The Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in. They will provide resort passes and gym codes Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee – One-time fee per house per reservation 1-12 Guests - $35 13+ Guests - $45 GAME ROOM Please do not exit through the garage door. Exiting through the garage door may damage or lock the engine. A fee will be charged from you to cover the locksmith costs if you try to open it and eventually damage it. • BBQ grill – Rental US $100 per week. Request 48 h before check‑in. Fee covers delivery and cleaning; propane refill is guest's responsibility (if the tank is full on arrival, feel free to use it). Note that the resort doesn't allow street parking except within the designated curb spaces and a parking pass may be required during some periods so please check with the front gate if you need to park your car within those designated curb spaces.
