Noise complaints will result in a $200.00 charge as we get fined and the building residents are disturbed. The building has a security guard that walks up and down the halls to ensure safety and report high levels of noise or any disturbances. In the event a party is taking place, security will notify us and you will be asked to leave the premises) * Check in is 4:00pm-11:00pm. The doors outside lock and we cannot buzz you in past 11:00pm. * If you intend on booking this unit to have any form of a party or loud gathering we recommend to not book this unit. Check out procedures: We kindly ask that you bag up all garbage and dispose of it in the garbage chute provided down the hallway by the second set of elevators (unmarked door). We appreciate your help in keeping the unit clean and tidy for our next guests. In addition, while it is not necessary, we would be grateful if you could place all used towels in a pile by the washer. We also kindly ask that you strip the beds of the fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases, but please do not remove the duvet cover as our cleaners will handle that. We also ask that all dishes are washed or placed in the dishwasher and started before departure. This helps ensure the unit is left in good condition for the next guest. The FOB and garage door opener provided during your stay, has to be returned to the unit (in the exact location you found them in). These items are important for the security and safety of the unit, and we appreciate your cooperation in returning them.
