All furnishings are high quality and brand new. Enjoy a large, fully stocked kitchen with all appliances and accessories needed to enjoy meals with your family or late night drinks with your friends. Unwind in the spacious, open-concept living area with an oversized sectional, a 65” flat-screen Roku TV, and plenty of room for games, conversations, and cozy evenings in. Slide open the doors and step onto one of three porches—two overlooking the lush Arnold Palmer Championship Golf Course—where you can enjoy a morning coffee or breathtaking Gulf Coast sunsets. When it's time to turn in, this villa offers 8 comfortable beds for any family or large group to enjoy. All featuring brand new furniture and mattresses to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. 3 of the 4 bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms with the first floor bedroom sharing the main level bathroom. The large master bedroom features a king bed, ample clothing storage, a large master closet with custom built ins, an ensuite master bathroom with double vanities and large walk in shower. Three guest bedrooms feature two twin beds, a twin over full bunk with trundle, and queen bed respectively. All bedrooms are appointed with ceiling fans, 42" tvs and new mattresses to ensure a comfortable and restorative night's sleep. The villa also provides washer and dryer unit on second floor, along with beach chairs, toys and umbrellas, cooler and wagon that are available for guest use. Enjoy high speed internet that easily accommodates multiple streaming services and devices at once. All tvs are Roku TVs with access to ATT Direct Stream and a variety of other services available for guest use through their personal accounts. Our villa receives a in depth and very detailed clean in between guest stays and is frequented by the owners who run multiple short term rentals themselves and only expect the best to ensure you are getting a 5 star quality stay. The gated resort offers an on-property 18 hole Arnold Palmer Championship Golf course. Located just down the street from the villa is a large resort style swimming pool with beach entry and hot tub. The community also offers tennis courts and a well appointed fitness center. Take a ride on the community beach shuttle to the Beach club where you can grab a drink or some lunch, swim in the pool or make your way down to the soft white sand where there is umbrella and chair service waiting to ensure you get the best view of the ocean to relax. The Beach club also offers food and drink delivery service right on the beach! You cannot ask for better accommodations for your next trip to the coast!
