It has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and plenty of space for the whole family. There are three upstairs bedrooms: A spacious master suite with a Cal King bed, large oval tub, and walk-in closet; a queen bed with a cherry wood dresser; and one children's room with full over bunk beds and a full pull-out futon. The upstairs loft area has a sofa with a queen pull-out sleeper. These rooms share a hallway bathroom. On the main floor are the remaining two bedrooms: one queen bed and the second children's room with full over full bunks. They share the downstairs hall bathroom. All bedrooms have 42' plasma/LCD TVs. Upgraded open-concept kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances: microwave, refrigerator, double ovens, stove, and dishwasher. Dining rooms are divided by family room—plenty of seating, with two tables that can seat eight each. The couch has a queen sleeper sofa. Right off the dining room is that game room located in the garage. It offers ping pong, pool, and air hockey. There are strollers, high chairs, a pack-n-play, and booster seats for infants and toddlers. The garage also has a full-size washer & dryer for guest use. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. Off the family room, glass sliding doors lead to a beautiful pool area. Two patio sets with plenty of seating allow you to enjoy the backyard with a built-in gas BBQ. The home has Free Wi-Fi, central heating, and air conditioning. This house SLEEPS 13 in Beds and has a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANY TIME. (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
