This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Wake up in the king ensuite, where large windows provide breathtaking water views and golden sunlit skies. A walk-in shower complements this sanctuary. The second bedroom, perfect for family or friends. features two twin beds. This bedroom has an adjacent hall bath, with a tub and shower. A pocket door separates this suite from the rest of the home for added privacy. Both rooms are designed for comfort, with high-end linens and plenty of storage. Step onto the balcony and take in the beauty of the waterfront—watch boats drift by, sip your morning coffee, or toast the evening sunset. Bring your drinks or dinner down to the water, or sit around the picnic tables (shared with other community homes). Get to know the neighbors! The condo is filled with original artwork, most created by the owner and many available for purchase, giving the space a unique and personal touch. Located just steps from the Windmill Point Marina, you'll have easy access to kayak and paddle board rentals, fishing charters, and water activities. Ask us about our sailing charter complete with fresh, locally inspired food from a top local chef served onboard! A popular Tikibar is within walking distance, offering live music, tropical drinks, and fresh seafood. Plus, a brand-new public fishing pier and beach are coming in 2025, making this spot even more ideal for waterfront relaxation. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo, and shared access to waterfront. Chairs can stay on the beach during your visit, but please remove other items brought to the back lawn or waterfront at the end of the day and return to outside closet and under condo. Pool passes will be hanging on the hooks across from the front door. Please ensure you return them after use to avoid any replacement fees. Enjoy your swim! The pool is at the Windmill Point Marina, adjacent to the Tiki Bar. It is not the closed pool in the condo complex. Heads up! Jellyfish have been spotted around the docks at this time of year, so please use extra caution when swimming or wading in the water. While we want you to have a fun and relaxing experience, it’s important to understand that water activities come with certain risks. Waterfronts are fun but unpredictable environments. Even strong swimmers can run into trouble. There are no lifeguards on duty, and natural conditions may vary, including slippery surfaces, changing water depths, sharp objects, or wildlife. To ensure everyone’s safety and to comply with insurance and legal requirements, all guests must acknowledge and accept these risks. This waiver applies to any water-related activity or equipment you may use on or near the property, including: Swimming or wading Using paddleboards, kayaks, rafts, or canoes Walking on docks, beaches, or near water Fishing or boating Any other recreational waterfront use By using the waterfront or any water-related equipment, you understand and accept that: Water activities are inherently risky. You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of anyone in your group. The property owner and host are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or deaths that occur during your stay, regardless of the cause. Important Safety Rules To help keep everyone safe, we ask that you follow these basic safety guidelines: No lifeguard is on duty – swim and use water equipment at your own risk. Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when near or in the water. No diving or jumping from docks, boats, or other structures. No water activity under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Wear life jackets when using kayaks, paddleboards, or any watercraft. Check weather and water conditions before going in. Avoid using the water after dark or during storms. Release of Liability By staying at this property and/or using the waterfront: You agree to release the property owner and host from any legal claims or responsibility for injuries, losses, or damages that happen due to water activities. You accept full responsibility for any accidents that occur while using the waterfront or watercraft.
