Located on Cowden Lake (all sports) this cozy 3 bedroom includes a queen, full, and twin bed, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a hair dryer, AC, and heating. The bathroom features a simple shower/ bathtub combo and hair dryer. Plus, there's an additional living room space with a comfy sofa bed. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Includes use of a small charcoal grill, Its a Tiny home but with some BIG Amenities! Included in your stay you will have access to our amazing dock sitting over our beautiful sandy beach bottom. (2) 4 seater kayaks, (2) paddle boards, (2) lounging floats w/ties to anchor or tie together, Floating dock to sunbathe, fish or jump off of. Your also welcome to bring your own motor boat and tie up to our dock. The water is sandy and shallow to knees past the end of the dock. 40 foot out before it deepens.
