Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Little Bear is a tiny mountain cabin situated among big pine trees with a view of the Indian Peaks. There is electricity for some amenities such as fridge, microwave, heater, WiFi and a big non-potable water tank. Please bring enough drinking water for your stay. You have a private backyard patio with two chairs and a small table to relax and enjoy the brisk mountain air. The Bbq grill also features a side burner for additional cooking options The space Little Bear is a 100 sqft insulated small cabin situated in the Rocky Mountains. The property boasts rock outcroppings and lots of forested areas with many trails nearby, as well as access to Roosevelt National Forest within about a 100 ft. There’s another cabin about 300 ft away behind a curve, which is called the Blue Bear. The patios of both cabins face opposite ways, so you have complete privacy while being outside of your cabin. We added a big water tank to the Little Bear with non- potable water for your use. Please do not use this water for drinking, it can be used to wash stuff, etc.. Guest access Self check in and out. You can drive your car right in front of the cabin and leave it parked. Guests have access to national forest, which is about 100ft away. Trails are accessible by foot. Absolutely no open fires allowed, since forest fires are always a risk. Other things to note You can bring your dog for a one time $35 fee.
