Coffee machine, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, teapot, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, microwave, stove and oven. BEDROOMS Casa Joia sleeps 16 people in comfortable beds and 4 extras people on air mattress and couch. › All bedrooms have tempur-pedic style mattresses, 600 thread count sheets, and plenty of pillows and blankets available. › Baby crib and premium air mattress provided on request. #1- Master bedroom with a full private bathroom, king-size bed walk in closet bed, 55-inch smart TV, sofa bed #2 - Two Queen beds with closet and 55-inch smart TV. Sofa bed #3- Two Queen-size beds with decent closet. This room features a 50 inches Smart TV. #4- Three Queen-size beds with spacious closet. This room features a 55 inches Smart TV. Private bathroom attached. BATHROOMS All bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo and body wash), plush towels, washcloths, and a hairdryer. OUTDOOR SPACE › Tropical backyard › BBQ / Kitchen / Bar area under a nice tree with light strings › Joia sign lounge › Lounge area on a nice wood deck › Pergola lounge › Dining table with 8 chairs › The whole property is completely fenced-in for utmost privacy and security. Guest access GUEST ACCESS This fully fenced property is yours for your private enjoyment. The personalized self check-in instructions will be automatically sent the morning of your arrival Other things to note CLEANING: › All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety. › Household cleaning supplies are provided (Windex, Clorox spray, etc.). › Washer and dryer (detergent is provided) LOGISTICS: › A welcome message with your personalized check-in instructions will be sent the day of your arrival. › Check-in: 4:00 PM. › Check-out: 11:00 AM. › An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing TV's: All of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping service comes once a week usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning so don't be alarmed. POOL CLEANING: Pool cleaning company comes twice a week usually on Tuesdays and Fridays in the morning so don't be alarmed. POOL: Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owners will not be held liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted . No glass is permitted in or near the pool. GARBAGE: The city of Miami removes garbage every Tuesday and Friday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. If you are staying during those days, and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. If the bins do not need to be emptied don’t even worry about it, our cleaning team will take care of it right after your departure. PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. We would therefore to treat the neighbors as you would treat your own neighbors. PARKING: Our driveway provides ample parking. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn. PETS: Pets are allowed. If you would like to bring your pet, please let us know in your initial message to us. HOSPITALITY SERVICES: We also offer a selection of concierge services available (yachts, nightclub reservations, exotic cars, dining reservations, and entertainment). CAMERAS: These are placed outdoor only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler. PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The host isn’t responsible for any packages delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out. BOAT AND YACHT CHARTERS: As we are hosting a lot of groups at our properties in Miami, we are able to offer preferred rates for our guests. CAR RENTALS: whether you are looking for a convenient car or an exotic car rentals, feel free to reach out if you’d like us to assist you and make sure you are taken care of by the best company on the market. ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENTS: If you ever have any specific requests feel free to ask us, we would love to accommodate you the best way (baby’s equipments, disabled equipments, pets equipments…) Please inquire for discounts on long term stays.
